What is your service area?

We service a 20 mile radius outside of Loop 1604 in San Antonio which includes the cities of Converse, Spring Branch, New Braunfels, Fair Oaks, Boerne, Elmendorf, Alamo Heights, and Helotes. If you don't live in these areas, give us a call and we may be able to help.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general liability insurance, workers compensation and auto.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

Our goal is to be on-site for a consult either the next day or within 48 hours, pending location. We value your time and usually can provide a written estimate during the visit, pending the size and scope of the whole project.

How long is the estimate good for?

Our quoted prices are good for 30 days and we'll follow up to ensure you get the best value.

Can I get a drawing of the project?

Yes, 2d drawings are provided upon request as part of the estimate process. 3d drawings will be provided once we have a verbal commitment from our client to move forward. 3d renderings are helpful for HOA improvement requests, permit applications, etc.

Will you bring pictures to an appointment?

Yes, we bring an Ipad to show additional projects.

Can I pull a building permit myself?

You certainly may. We understand how valuable your time is and Dash and Company can pull all necessary permits for you.

How do I communicate during the construction process?

We give you our cell phone numbers.

How long will the project take?

Before construction, we will provide you with a projected timeline. We understand the importance of delivering a completed project that not only meets your needs but also exceeds your expectations.
